Bout Editing

Sometimes, it becomes necessary to edit a bout during the tournament. This can be easily accomplished within Kumite Technology. Follow these steps to edit a bout:

Accessing Bout Editing

From Bracket View

1. Navigate to the "Draws" section in the navigation menu and select the category containing the bout you wish to edit.

2. Click on the bout number you want to edit. This action will open the bout edit dialog, where you can make the necessary changes to the bout details.

3. Note that you can also remove the bout winner if a rematch is needed. However, the system will not allow the removal of a winner if the winner of the bout is also the winner of the next round's bout.

From Scheduler View

1. Go to the "Scheduler" section in the navigation menu and group the scheduler by "Bouts".
2. Search for the bout number by typing #14 (for example) in the search box or by searching for the category name.
3. Click on the bout number you want to edit to open the bout edit dialog.

4. The editing process in the scheduler view is identical to that in the bracket view. You can edit bout details, remove the winner, or change the winner as needed.
