Announcement Messages
There are three types of announcements that can be set up:

- Bout Sportsmen Invitation
- Next Bout Sportsmen Preparation
Automatic Announcements
- Enable by marking the "Automatic" checkbox.
- These announcements are queued and played automatically, avoiding collisions and maintaining smooth communication.
Manual Announcements
- Enable by marking the "Manual" checkbox.
- Useful for tournaments with multiple tatamis, where announcements need to be triggered manually via the Controller Management Tool:
Announcement Message Template
