Payments
- Initial Fee: There is a one-time license fee of €50.00 to cover the minimal cost of the license.
- Refund Policy: This fee is non-refundable.
- Per Participant Fee: Following the tournament, there will be an additional charge of €0.90 per participant.
- Fee Deduction: If there are 100 participants, the initial fee of €50.00 will be deducted from the total additional charge.
- Example Calculation: For 100 participants, the additional charge after deducting the initial fee would be €40.00 (€90.00 - €50.00).
- Payment Process: The additional charges will be automatically withdrawn from the provided credit card information after the tournament.
- Authorization: You authorize us to charge your credit card for the applicable fees.
- Usage: By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to use it for processing payments related to the tournament license fee and additional charges.
- Security: We will securely handle your credit card information in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Acknowledgment: By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you are aware of the additional charges after the tournament and agree to their automatic withdrawal from your credit card.
- Recovery Actions: In the event of a refusal of payment, we reserve the right to take necessary actions to recover the outstanding amount, which may include legal proceedings.
- Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Effective Date: Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.
