To fully utilize the Automatic Announcement System, it’s crucial to prepare your environment for uninterrupted functionality. Ensure that your device is in silent mode to avoid unexpected interruptions from system notifications, alarms, or other alerts that may interfere with the smooth delivery of announcements. Connect your laptop or device to a stable power supply and ensure a reliable connection to the sound system in the venue.

Navigate to the Announcement Queue

To manage announcements effectively, go to the Announcement Queue menu under the Automatic Announcements navigation in the left sidebar.

You will land on the Automatic Announcement Queue page, where all the announcements will be queued and managed.

Features of the Announcement Queue

• View Queued Announcements: All announcements waiting to be played will appear in the queue.
• Cancel Individual Announcements: You can manually cancel specific announcements if needed.
• Clear the Entire Queue: Remove all not-yet-announced items with a single action.
• Replay Announcements: Replay previously delivered announcements by clicking the Play button next to the corresponding row.

With these tools, you can ensure smooth and adaptable communication throughout your tournament.
