Custom Announcements

Custom announcements allow you to communicate important updates and messages to participants and attendees during the tournament. Whether it’s a schedule adjustment, a break announcement, or a special instruction, this feature ensures everyone stays informed.

Create a Custom Announcement

To create a custom announcement, navigate to the Custom Announcements section under the Automatic Announcements navigation.

  1. Click the Create Announcement button to open the announcement creation dialog.
  2. Write your custom message in the input field.
  3. Select the preferred language and voice for the announcement.
  4. Confirm and save your custom announcement.

Manage Custom Announcements

Once created, all custom announcements will appear in a dedicated table for easy management.

From this table, you can:

  • Edit Announcements: Modify existing announcements as needed.
  • Remove Announcements: Delete announcements that are no longer required.
  • Trigger Playback: Manually play custom announcements at the appropriate time.

By leveraging the custom announcements feature, you can ensure that critical information is conveyed promptly and effectively, keeping your tournament organized and attendees well-informed.
