Organization Schools
In Kumite Technology, organizations can invite schools to affiliate with them, making it easier to manage registrations for high-level tournaments such as European or World Championships. Once schools accept the invitation, organization owners and administrators gain full access to all members of the affiliated schools, streamlining the registration process for prestigious events.
Inviting Schools to Join an Organization
To invite a school to join your organization, follow these steps:

Navigate to "Schools": Go to the "Schools" section in the navigation menu to view your schools and manage affiliations.

Invite School: Click the "Invite School" button to invite a school. This will open a dialog where you can search for schools by name, short name, or contact person.

Select the School: Choose the school you want to invite by selecting the appropriate card.

Track Invitation Status: After sending the invitation, the request will be listed as "Pending" in the table, where you can track its status.

School Accepts Invitation: Once the school's admin accepts the invitation, the school will officially become part of your organization.
Managing Affiliated Schools
Once a school accepts the invitation and joins your organization, you gain full access to all members of that school, which significantly simplifies the management of member registrations for high-level tournaments.

Access Organization Schools: To see the list of affiliated schools and manage them, navigate to the "Schools" tab in the organization panel.

View School Members: Under the "Organization School Members" tab, you can see and manage all members of the schools that have joined your organization.

Affiliating schools with an organization is particularly useful for larger tournaments, such as European or World Championships, where only authorized organizations can register participants.
