The 36th KWF European Kyokushin Championship

The 36th European KWF championship will be held from October 26 to 27 at the MICA sports facility (address: Manandyan 41) in Yerevan, Armenia's capital. Financial Conditions The organization or club of the participating country, or the participant himself, shall cover all participants' hotel, airplane tickets, transportation, and meal costs. Participation: KUMITE 50 Euros, KATA 40 Euros, and KATA+KUMITE 80 Euros. Hotel expenditures. Prices for 3-4 bedrooms with breakfast are 37 Euros per person, while a double room with breakfast is 40 Euros. The KWF Kyokushin Karate National Federation of Armenia will cover the tournament's organizational expenditures. Requirements for participation in the championship for coaches and athletes. All athletes are required to provide a medical certificate in English from their primary physician, confirming their physical fitness, along with their insurance documentation. This medical certificate should be issued within the last three months. Additionally, female athletes must include a written statement confirming they are not pregnant. Please be advised that award recipients will be subject to doping tests. Male athletes must have a suitable waist protector. Female athletes are required to have both a chest protector and a waist protector. For age groups 12-13, 14-15, and 16-17, the following protective gear is mandatory: a hat, gloves, lower body protection, and leg protection. For the 18-21 age group, a waist protector and leg protection are necessary. The national team coach is expected to wear their official team uniform.
