Kyokushin-Kan Romania and the Kuro Sasori Buzau Sports Club Association, through Sensei Cosmin Zglobiu, presents its greetings to you, the sports club associations that you represent, and has the honor to invite you to the event:

THE SCORPION CUP - 1st Edition 2026

A Full Contact Kyokushin Karate tournament, organized by the KURO SASORI BUZAU Sports Club Association, under the patronage of Kyokushin-Kan Romania, on September 26, 2026, in Breaza-Buzau, Romania.

The event is dedicated to honoring the memory of Sosai MASUTATSU OYAMA, the founding father of KYOKUSHIN KARATE, and is open to ALL MARTIAL ARTS PRACTITIONERS, in general, and KYOKUSHIN KARATE, in particular, regardless of organizational affiliation/affiliation.

The event will be held based on the Full Contact Kumite Knock Down – Kyokushin Karate regulations, supervision being done by officials of the KURO SASORI BUZAU Sports Club Association.

We remind you that participation is open to any sports club, regardless of membership or organizational affiliation, the event being intended for the categories of children, juniors, youth and seniors, on all skill levels, only on the competition event – KARATE FULL CONTACT – KUMITE KNOCK DOWN KYOKUSHIN KARATE.

Date of the event: 26 Septembrie 2026.

SCHEDULE OF THE EVENT:
26 September 2026
08:00-09:30 AM – registration and validation of participating athletes, official weigh-in
9:40 – 9:50 AM – technical meeting and presentation of the referee panels
10:00 AM – Official opening of the event
10:15 AM – Start of the competition – Full Contact Kumite Knock Down
