At the coach’s discretion and responsibility, athletes may be entered in higher categories. The organizer reserves the right to merge or cancel categories depending on the number of registered athletes and other logistical constraints.

IMPORTANT NOTES ON THE RULES:

• In all categories, the maximum number of wazari is two.
• In categories where jodan techniques are controlled, a direct ippon cannot be awarded.
• The winner of a match is the athlete who scores more wazari or an ippon.
• If no wazari or ippon is awarded during a match, the winner will be determined based on:
  damage inflicted;
  technical and tactical superiority;
  initiative in attack.

By participating, you grant the organizer the right to publish photographs of the athletes on social media and to use them in promotional materials.Minors may participate only upon presentation of the attached parental consent form.
