Registration of participants via kumitetechnology.com

All fighters aged 6 years and older may register.

Each participant must present at check-in:

1. Medical certificate confirming fitness to compete (will be published online on 31 August 2026)
2. Child ID card, national ID card, or passport
3. Liability waiver and declaration of consent (will be published online on 31 August 2026)
4. Proof of health insurance (copy)

REGISTRATION FEE*:

13 June – 10 July 2026: €40 per participant, per category

11 July – 31 August 2026: €50 per participant, per category

A €15 discount applies to participants entering more than one category.

*The applicable registration fee is determined by the date the payment is received.

LIABILITY:

The organizer and host assume no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or accident of any kind. Participation is at the participant’s own risk and responsibility.

REFEREES

To ensure the smooth running of the tournament, each dojo should provide at least one referee. Referees must be properly trained and experienced (proof of qualification required).

Dojos with 8 or more participants are required to provide at least one referee for the entire tournament. If no referee is provided, a referee fee of €30 will be charged.

Referees who officiate throughout the entire tournament will receive an expense allowance and complimentary catering.

COACHES

The number of coaches permitted per dojo depends on the number of participants entered by that dojo:

• Up to 4 participants: 2 coaches
• Up to 8 participants: 3 coaches
• More than 8 participants: 4 coaches

In addition, one coach per competitor (wearing sportswear) is permitted at the competition area during the competitor’s bout.

Kumite

RULES:

According to the IFK Germany Kumite Rules

COMPETITION SYSTEM:

Pool system / multi-stage pool system

If there are too many participants, the competition will switch to a single-elimination format.

Kata

RULES:

• According to the IFK scoring system (6.0 - 8.0)
• 2 rounds: Round 1 - Mandatory Kata; Round 2 - Kata selected from the approved list
• The total scores from both rounds are NOT added together

If required, further division by age or gender may be carried out.

Anmeldeberechtigt sind alle Kämpfer ab 6 Jahren.

Jeder Teilnehmer muss zum Check-In vorlegen:

1. Bescheinigung zur Wettkampftauglichkeit (wird am 31.08.2026 online gestellt)
2. Kinderausweis, Personalausweis oder Reisepass
3. Haftungsausschluss und Einverständniserklärung (wird am 31.08.2026 online gestellt)
4. Krankenversicherungsnachweis (Kopie)

STARTGEBÜHR*:

13.06. - 10.07.2026: 40 EURO pro Teilnehmer pro Kategorie

11.07. - 31.08.2026: 50 EURO pro Teilnehmer pro Kategorie

Für die Teilnahme in mehreren Kategorien gibt es einen Rabatt von 15 EURO.

*Es zählt der Zahlungseingang der Überweisung.

HAFTUNG:

Veranstalter und Ausrichter übernehmen keine Haftung für Schäden jeglicher Art. Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr und eigenes Risiko.

Kampfrichter

Um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren, sollte jedes Dojo mindestens einen Kampfrichter stellen. Dieser muss geschult und erfahren sein (Nachweis!).

Ab 8 Teilnehmern ist mindestens 1 Kampfrichter für das gesamte Turnier verpflichtend zu stellen. Wird kein Kampfrichter gestellt, ist eine Kampfrichtergebühr von 30 EURO zu entrichten.

Kampfrichter, die während des gesamten Turniers im Einsatz sind, bekommen eine Aufwandsentschädigung und kostenfreie Verpflegung.

Trainer / Betreuer

Die Anzahl der zugelassenen Trainer und Betreuer richtet sich nach der Anzahl der Teilnehmer des Dojos.

• Bis zu 4 Teilnehmer: 2 Betreuer
• Bis zu 8 Teilnehmer: 3 Betreuer
• Mehr als 8 Teilnehmer: 4 Betreuer

Pro Teilnehmer wird ein Betreuer (in Sportbekleidung) an der Kampffläche gestattet.

Kumite

Bei hoher Teilnehmerzahl wird auf K.O.-System umgestellt.

• 2 Runden: 1. Runde - Pflichtkata; 2. Runde - Kata wählbar aus den zugelassenen Katas
• Gesamtpunktzahl beider Runden werden NICHT addiert
