First of all, I would like to thank you all once again for your participation in the Swiss Open 2026.

I would especially like to thank our friends from Kazakhstan for their great participation.

DOMO ARIGATO GOZAIMASHITA

I have combined several categories and ensured that the weight differences were kept within reasonable limits.

We have also received a few late registrations.

As a result, we now have 126 participants competing in 40 categories from 16 nations.

Tournament Information

Due to the limited number of referees, the competition will be conducted on one tatami mat only.

It is very important to me that the referees have sufficient rest between matches in order to maintain concentration and fairness throughout the tournament.

Kata Categories

The standard knockout system will be used.

Kumite Categories

• Up to 4 participants: Round-robin system
• 5 or more participants: Knockout system
• Third place will be decided by a playoff match

Important Requests

I kindly ask everyone to carefully check the categories in the app and provide feedback if necessary.

Please also double-check the weight classifications of all participants.

⚠️ If a participant exceeds the registered weight category during the official weigh-in before the tournament, the participant will be disqualified.

For the Adult Kumite Categories, a Medical Data Sheet is available online.

This form must be completed and brought to registration.

The required protective equipment is shown in the official images.
Only the approved equipment will be accepted.

⚠️ Competitors wearing incorrect protective gear will be disqualified.
Please check this carefully.

Our refreshment stand offers a variety of hot and cold meals and drinks throughout the event.

Parking Information

Please note that a new parking regulation has been in effect for the past two years.

Parking fees are mandatory.

⚠️ I strongly recommend paying the parking fees, as the police regularly monitor the area and issue fines for violations.

zunächst möchte ich mich nochmals herzlich bei euch allen für eure Teilnahme an den Swiss Open 2026 bedanken.

Ein besonderer Dank gilt unseren Freunden aus Kasachstan für ihre großartige Teilnahme.

Ich habe mehrere Kategorien zusammengelegt und darauf geachtet, dass die Gewichtsunterschiede nicht zu groß sind.

Zusätzlich haben wir noch einige Nachmeldungen erhalten.

Somit haben wir nun insgesamt 126 Teilnehmer in 40 Kategorien aus 16 Nationen.

Informationen zum Turnier

Da wir nur über eine begrenzte Anzahl an Kampfrichtern verfügen, wird das gesamte Turnier auf einer Tatami durchgeführt.

Es ist mir wichtig, dass die Kampfrichter zwischen den Kämpfen ausreichend Pausen haben, damit Konzentration und Fairness während des gesamten Turniers gewährleistet bleiben.

Kata-Kategorien

Für die Kata-Kategorien wird das normale K.-o.-System verwendet.

Kumite-Kategorien

• Bis 4 Teilnehmer: Jeder-gegen-jeden-System
• Ab 5 Teilnehmern: K.-o.-System
• Der dritte Platz wird durch einen Entscheidungskampf ermittelt.

Wichtige Hinweise

Ich bitte alle, die Kategorien in der App sorgfältig zu überprüfen und mir gegebenenfalls Rückmeldung zu geben.

Bitte kontrolliert außerdem die Gewichtsklassen eurer Teilnehmer genau.

⚠️ Sollte ein Teilnehmer bei der offiziellen Gewichtskontrolle vor dem Turnier nicht in seiner angemeldeten Gewichtsklasse liegen, wird der Teilnehmer disqualifiziert.

Dieses Formular muss vollständig ausgefüllt und zur Registration mitgebracht werden.

Die erlaubte Schutzausrüstung für die Wettkämpfer ist auf den offiziellen Bildern ersichtlich.
Nur diese Ausrüstung wird akzeptiert.

⚠️ Teilnehmer mit falscher oder unvollständiger Schutzausrüstung werden disqualifiziert.
Bitte kontrolliert dies sorgfältig.

Unser Verpflegungsstand bietet eine Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen sowie Getränken an.

Parkplatz-Information

Bitte beachtet, dass seit zwei Jahren eine neue Parkplatzregelung gilt.

Die Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig.

⚠️ Ich empfehle dringend, die Parkgebühren zu bezahlen, da die Polizei regelmäßig kontrolliert und bei Verstößen Bussen verteilt.
