SOUTH AMERICAN KYOKUSHIN KWF CHAMPIONSHIP 2026

Dear Shihans, Senseis, Sempais, leaders, organizations, federations, associations, academies, and dojos of Kyokushin.

On behalf of the KWF-Kyokushin World Federation Brasil – Brasil, it is with great honor and satisfaction that we address this official invitation for you to participate in the SOUTH AMERICAN KYOKUSHIN KWF CHAMPIONSHIP 2026, to be held on 07 November 2026, in Conselheiro Lafaiete, MG, Brazil.

Under the responsibility of Shihan António Pereira, and assisted by the representative of KWF in Minas Gerais, Sensei Jordão Mercês, this championship aims to be an important moment of meeting, competition, and fellowship for the Kyokushin family in South America.

More than just a competition, the South American Kyokushin KWF Championship 2026 aims to bring together athletes, coaches, referees, leaders, and practitioners from different countries and regions, providing a space of high competitive level, but also of friendship, respect, exchange, and sharing of experiences.

Kyokushin has built its identity on values that transcend borders, nationalities, and organizational differences. We are heirs to the legacy transmitted by Sosai Masutatsu Oyama, based on discipline, humility, perseverance, courage, respect, and a permanent spirit of overcoming.

It is precisely this spirit that we intend to present at this South American Championship.

We want to provide athletes the opportunity to demonstrate the quality of their work, their technical preparation, and, above all, the true Kyokushin spirit, in an environment where competition is also a way of growth, learning, and strengthening ties among all participants.

It will be a great honor to receive the participating delegations and count on the presence of athletes, coaches, referees, leaders, Shihans, Senseis, and representatives from the different organizations and schools of Kyokushin.

The participation of each delegation will be an important contribution to the success and appreciation of this championship and, simultaneously, to the growth and consolidation of Kyokushin on the South American continent.

We wish for the SOUTH AMERICAN KYOKUSHIN KWF CHAMPIONSHIP 2026 to be so much more than a search for titles and competitive results. We want it to be a true celebration of Kyokushin, of friendship among peoples, and of the spirit that unites us inside and outside the dojo:
