Men's Open Tournament

Tournament in women's and men's weight categories for U22 youth athletes (18-22 years old)

Kokoro Cup Juniors tournament for girls and boys in categories from U12 to U17. Kumite semi contact.

4. Registration, entry fee, lunches:

· Registration until November 10 on the portal: Kumite technology

· The tournament is open to all karate organizations

· Entry fee 15 Euro by bank transfer: SANTANDER BANK 93 1090 1014 0000 0000 0328 0351 by November 10 or in cash on the day of the competition.

· On the day of the tournament, the organizer provides lunch for participants and referees.

5. Required documents:

· Parental consent for underage players

· ID document with photo

· Medical certificate

7. Kumite competitions – year of birth determines allocation to the category

Semi contact – born in 2012 – 2007

All leg techniques for the jodan zone will be allowed. All techniques for the jodan zone must be controlled. Knockouts using jodan techniques are banned.

Full contact – born in 2006 – 2002

Combat in full contact in accordance with ECO regulations. Shin guards, a crotch protector and, in the case of women, a chest protector are required.

In the U16, U17 and U22 categories, after second extension, the difference in weight in favor of the lighter competitor can decide about the victory. U16 and U17 – 5 kg, U22 – 7 kg.

In the case of an insufficient number of competitors in individual categories, they may be

combined.

8. Awards

Cups, medals, diplomas and material prizes.

In the U22 category, the winners will receive scholarships of 500 euro

10.00 - registration of competitors (juniors and seniors)

17.00 – official start of the OPEN tournament

17.30 – quarter-final, semi-final and final fights

20.00 – end of the competition

20.30 – Sayonara for Kokoro CUP Senior and invited guests

1 DECEMBER (SUNDAY) 2024 KOKORO CUP

8.00 – 10.00 - Registration of competitors (juniors)

10.30 – Start of the tournament for juniors

12.00 – 14.00 lunch for players, referees and coaches

15.30 – 17.00 – the final fights of U16, U17, U22 will be played on the main mat

17.00 – expected end of the tournament
