The 5th WORLD KYOKUSHIN CHAMPIONSHIP 10th – 14th Dec 2025

Program of Events:

10th and 11th Dec. (Wednesday - Thursday)

Arrival of all teams

· 13:00 - 20:00 Team registration at the official hotel.

The weigh-in for all competitors.

· Each country must gather its fighters at the same time for the weigh-In

· Any competitor who does not attend the weigh-in will be disqualified

At Check in competitors:

You must be prepared to give the following documents:

· ID or Passport

· Waiver form signed by the competitor (18+ years old) (Annex1) or the parent/guardian of competitor (under 18 years old) (Annex 2).

· Protective gear: each fighter must have his/her own protection equipment

Medical Insurance Requirement

All team members must have a medical insurance certificate for the duration of their stay.

· Doctors certificate (only for kumite competitors) (Annex3).

11th Dec. (Thursday)

· 17:00 - 19:00 - Referee Course (for kata and kumite)

· 20:00-22:00- KWF-general meeting

· Draw & Information.

12th Dec. (Friday)

· 13:00- All teams must be present in the Green Hall in Riyadh.

· 14:00 - 17:00 - Kata Championships (all categories)

· 16:00- 22:00 - Children and Juniors Championship.

· 18:00- 19:00 - Opening ceremony

13th Dec. (Saturday)

· 08:00 - All teams must be present in the Green Hall in Riyadh.

· 09:00-10:00 - Final Children and Juniors Championship. (1 tatami)

· 09:00 - 17:00 - Kyokushin World Chan1pionship Seniors

· 13:00-14:00 - Break

· 14:00 - 18:00 - Finals and awards ceremony (1 tatami)

· 20:00 - 24:00 - Sayonara party

14th Dec. (Sunday)

· Departure of all teams

Team composition

· Official team coach.

· Participants, 2 fighters from each country in each weight category (hosting country – Saudi Arabia - 4 fighters).

· At least 1 judge from each country.

General rules:

· This tournament is managed by Kumite Technology.

· Participant registration is via https://app.kumitetechnology.com/en

· Each country must have its own responsible person (team manager) who will register all fighters.

· Please register alle fighters, coaches, referees and officials in this system.

· Note: (Please Fill in the names of everyone in an Excel file (President, Coaches, Referees, and Fighters) (for visa). (Annex 4) and send it to info@kyokushin.sa.

· Deadline for registration is October 15, 2025.

Participation fee

· Participation fee per fighter is 50 €.

· The competitor who will participate in kumite & kata - must pay 90 €.

· The participation fee for each fighter from other organizations is70 €.

· The participation fee for each fighter from other organizations who will participate in kumite and kata - must pay120 €.

Referees and Judges

· Participation for all referees and judges is free.

· If want to obtain the title of International Judge or Referee given by the Kyokushin World Federation (KWF).

International Judge: 50 € (must be minimum 2nd dan and National referee).

International Referee: 75 € (must be minimum 3rd dan and International Judge).

Referees and Judges official dress

· Dark Blue trousers.

· Dark blue shirt with short sleeves.

· White bow tie.

· Whistle.

SAYONARA-party

· Saturday night at 20.00 there will be a sayonara free party.

Official hotel

1. Mina Hotel,4 Stars, 120$, One Night including breakfast (for two people).
2. Mayan Hotel ,3 stars, price:100$ One night including breakfast (for two people).

Prices include

• Prices include transportation from the airport to the hotel and back once.
• Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant.
• Departure from the hotel's to the airport 4 hours before the flight time.
• Please send all data (flight arrival, flight departure, passports numbers and total amount of members) to the Email before arrivals.
• Transportation from the hotel to the tournament venue.

Note: There are apartments without breakfast and transportation include at a rate of 50$ dollars per person for triple room.
