Dear Kancho, Shihan, Sensei, Senpai,

It is our pleasure to contact you and invite you to participate in the German Open Championship of the WKB, which will take place on May 17, 2025, in Saarbrücken. For this reason, and knowing your sporting spirit of cooperation and participation, we look forward to the presence of your dojo.

Thank you in advance for honoring this important date for our dojo. We take this opportunity to warmly welcome you. 

Participants 

1. In open competitions, an unlimited number of athletes or members of Kyokushin Karate teams from any sports organizations (associations, unions, clubs, etc.) may participate. However, the organization reserves the right to refuse an application for participation in the competition.

Participants must register through Kumitetechnology.com and submit the following documents to the admission committee:

▪ Birth certificate or passport.  

▪ Application for permission to participate in the competition for children, signed by the parents (see Attachment 1)

▪ Personal application for participation in the competition for adults (see Attachment 2)

Each team must go through a qualification commission with the mandatory presence of all its athletes and a representative of the coach.
