• Competitor registration will be active from April 1 to April 22, 2026. After this date, it will not be possible to add additional participants.

General Terms of Participation and Admission to the Tournament

• Competitors must pay a registration fee of PLN 120 or €30. The registration fee must be paid by a bank transfer to the Shinkyokushin Karate Kobierzyce Association's bank account:

• Every competitor needs to possess a valid personal accident insurance provided by their home club.
• Teams consisting of any number of competitors may participate in the Tournament.
• If there are too few competitors in specific weight categories, there is a possibility of merging with another weight category.
• Each team must provide at least one referee.
• There will be on 3 or 4 Tatamis.
• Trophies and diplomas will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in all categories. There will be no fights for the 3rd place.
• Each registered team is required to have their own helmets and chest protectors (hogus).
• Competitors must have their own white cotton shin and instep guards, white cotton fist guards, and groin protectors.
• In all categories, strikes on the gedan area are allowed.
• In the age categories 2019 – 2018 and 2017 – 2016, only the following techniques are allowed to the Jodan area: Mawashi Geri, Uchi Mawashi Geri, and Kake Mawashi Geri, with controlled impact force.
• In all other categories, all kicking techniques are permitted according to WKO regulations, but with controlled impact force.
• Individual participants that do not present themselves when called within 1 minute will be disqualified.

• EKO Passport or Budo-Pass.
• Individual sports-medical examinations.
• Consent of parents or legal guardians (attached).
• Identity document with a photo verifying the competitor's age.

Junior (2008–2009)

• Boys: -55, -60, -65, -70, -75, +75 kg
• Girls: -55, -60, -65, +65 kg
• Protectors: grid head guard, shin & instep guards, fist guards; girls: chest; boys: groin
• Bout time: 2’ + 2’

Cadet (2010–2011)

• Boys: -45, -50, -55, -60, -65, +65 kg
• Girls: -45, -50, -55, -60, +60 kg

5:00 p.m. – 09:00 p.m. Main participants' verification (weight, medical examinations, and parental consent).

• April 25, 2026, Saturday

7:00 a.m. – 09:30 a.m. Participants' verification (weight, medical examinations, and parental consent).

09:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Generating draws, referees and team leaders' briefing.

10:30 a.m. – The official start of the tournament.
